Background:

Gemma has been a long-standing member of the team, beginning her career with Parnall’s Solicitors in 2004. Since then, Gemma has worked closely with our CEO, Mark, supporting him and the journey that the Trelonk Estate has taken. Gemma migrated to Parnall Properties Services in October 2020, becoming Operations Manager. Gemma is now enjoying her new role as Facilities Director at The Hive at Trelonk, dealing with the financial aspects and property management, as well as the day to day running of The Hive. Gemma is supported by a great team, consisting of Lewis and Becky in their various roles within The Hive. This is an exciting part of the Project and Gemma is honoured to be a part of the venture!

Operations Management

Becky joined the Trelonk team in July 2025 as our Operations Assistant, bringing with her a wealth of customer service and hospitality expertise. With a degree in Marine and Natural History Photography, she also captures the moments and stories unfolding across the site. Kind-hearted and endlessly welcoming, Becky is dedicated to creating exceptional experiences for both our employees and our guests.

Lewis Glover

Operations Management

Lewis Glover is the Site Operations Management at The Hive, where he oversees daily operations and supports the delivery of key projects across the business. Since joining the company in early 2025, he has progressed, demonstrating strong leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills. Lewis is committed to continuous professional development and to contributing to the company’s ongoing growth and success.
