Facilities Director


Gemma has been a long-standing member of the team, beginning her career with Parnall’s Solicitors in 2004. Since then, Gemma has worked closely with our CEO, Mark, supporting him and the journey that the Trelonk Estate has taken. Gemma migrated to Parnall Properties Services in October 2020, becoming Operations Manager. Gemma is now enjoying her new role as Facilities Director at The Hive at Trelonk, dealing with the financial aspects and property management, as well as the day to day running of The Hive. Gemma is supported by a great team, consisting of Tina, Richard and Angus in their various roles within The Hive. This is an exciting part of the Project and Gemma is honoured to be a part of the venture!

Theresa Holt

Business Administrator
Theresa works on the front desk of the estate being the first person many people see on their Trelonk experience. Having worked as a secretary in the prison service, followed by several years working in a major airport and then latterly as a consultant’s secretary in the NHS, Theresa experience keeps the site running smoothly.

Tina Short

Hospitality Manager
Back in July, Tina joined The Hive from a background in hospitality alongside working closely with her clients in a Skin Clinic setting. Tina’s role allow her to support our facilities Director Gemma, whilst offering concierge and hospitality services by combining our bran family products with our onsite cottages and offices. Tina also collaborates front of house alongside our Business Administrator Theresa by being the face of Trelonk and building relationships with our guests, visitors and staff.
