Trelonk Estates
Situated on the Fal Estuary, Trelonk is a diverse collection of Innovation Businesses, upon whose behalf we curate and service those who occupy the Site.

Our activities span high-tech plant research, leading-edge microbiology, and the dynamic Wild Cornwall brand, celebrated for its hedgerow-inspired, innovative food products. We oversee the Campus, offering comprehensive hospitality, dining, accommodation, and concierge services, and curate events that highlight the agricultural expertise of our principal occupiers.

Work on the estate
With our feet firmly in environmental considerations, we assist with the Farming and Estate Operations.

We work to ensure that they make the fullest possible use of the extraordinary environment around us. Our initiatives include major investment in honey production, targeted rewilding projects, and a Stewardship Scheme that dedicates 10% of the Farm to thriving wildflower and meadow landscapes.

Our Goal
We are constantly searching for new ways to express our love of the environment in which we live.

We believe it is our purpose to nurture and support the businesses already on site, as well as those that may benefit from working within a community committed to exploring plants as meaningful alternatives to certain pharmaceutical solutions. Our microbiology facilities—among the most sophisticated in the country—require teams of professors and scientists to unlock their full potential.

Working on the estate
The continuing investing in the environment in which these highly skilled people can operate

We offer a tranquil, supportive setting that enables our teams to focus on the ground breaking clinical solutions they are developing from plant-based extracts. Equipped with a state-of-the-art CO₂ extraction facility and an expanding suite of scientific resources, we are quickly becoming a leading science campus that Cornwall can celebrate.

Our Younger Talent
We continue to attract talent opportunity to The Roseland in West Cornwall.

We administer a Foundation dedicated to enhancing and upskilling young local people—an aim that has always been central to our mission at Trelonk. Work experience provides an invaluable opportunity for students to gain first-hand exposure to the professional world, and we are committed to encouraging Cornish youth to pursue careers in technology and engineering.

Our Heritage
Trelonk has long since been known as the home of our Supermarine Spitfire rebuild programme in which these local young people can find their first feet.

This throwback to history is the vision that the Spitfire nearing completion BL709 “The St Ives Presentation Spitfire” will soon be proudly displayed in Cornwall is a unique product from a unique environment.
