Previously working in student accommodation, hospitality, and customer service has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver truly first-class experiences. A natural problem-solver, she is versatile, adaptable, and always ready to tackle whatever comes her way. She builds excellent rapport with contractors and site visitors, and her willingness to help in any situation makes her an invaluable part of the team. As a keen lover of nature, she delights in discovering the farm’s many residents — from the Kestrels nesting nearby to the tiniest caterpillar. She’s always eager to capture their presence through her camera lens, adding to the growing story of life at Trelonk.

Lewis Glover is the Site Operations Management at The Hive, where he oversees daily operations and supports the delivery of key projects across the business. Since joining the company in early 2025, he has progressed, demonstrating strong leadership and exceptional interpersonal skills. Lewis is committed to continuous professional development and to contributing to the company’s ongoing growth and success.

Gemma Bryant-Blakely

Facilities Director

Gemma has been a long-standing member of the team, beginning her career with Parnall’s Solicitors in 2004. Since then, Gemma has worked closely with our CEO, Mark, supporting him and the journey that the Trelonk Estate has taken. Gemma migrated to Parnall Properties Services in October 2020, becoming Operations Manager.
